A. The arm rest adjusts for the chair that does not have the headrest. This one is the student version and costs less than the one with the headrest.

A. Yes, they do. The chairs that do not come with headrests are a part of our affordable student line.

Q2. Is this the only model available?
A. There are two different models available. One with a headrest that has good back support, and a more affordable one that has an adjustable armrest and comes without the headrest (which I personally love). Other models can be ordered directly from manufacturer, but purchase and delivery will take some time.

A. The Hara chair comes only in black at this time.

A. Shipping costs $50.00 for delievery within the continental U.S.. Shipping prices to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the U.S. will vary.

A. The Hara chair comes with a 1 year broken parts + replacement warranty and 30-day money back guarantee (a 20 % restocking fee will be charged and shipping not included).

A. Installation is available to customers within the Los Angeles metropolitan area for a fee of $20.

Q8. Is there a maximum weight and a maximum or minimum height that this chair will accommodate?
A. The maximum weight the chair can accommodate is approximately 330 lbs., and there is no limit on height.

Q9. Do you have a show room or office in Southern CA where I can actually see and sit in one of these chairs?

A. No, the seat does not have a backward tilt.

Q11. Can the back of the chair be further reclined?
A. Yes, the back support can be reclined back and forth to lock into a desired position.
